By accessing or using kid.gg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

kid.gg provides real-time status monitoring for gaming platforms and services. We aggregate data from official status pages, run synthetic health checks, and collect community reports to provide status information. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or availability of status information.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account using Discord OAuth. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading status reports
  • Abuse the reporting system or attempt to manipulate status data
  • Harass other users through comments or reports
  • Attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures

5. Paid Features

The Service offers optional paid features ("Supporter" tier). Payments are processed securely and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice.

6. User Content

When you submit reports, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Webhooks and Integrations

The Service allows you to configure webhooks to receive notifications. You are responsible for the security and proper configuration of your webhook endpoints. We are not responsible for data delivered to endpoints you configure.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT STATUS INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY GAMING PLATFORMS WE MONITOR AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SERVICES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
